Ed was not only the face of State Line Oil for years but he was my father. I was able to learn and grow along side of him while working for him. He showed me a hand shake was what consummated a deal, a promise over the phone is what made a customer happy and a short conversation asking “How are you?’ is what made you a caring owner to that customer. I am now able to emulate his business practices through Energy Direct.
While designing Energy Direct I thought of what type of customer I wanted to serve. I wanted to serve my friends and that is what each customer is to me. Being the owner of your oil company does not stop at 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is committing myself to you and making our relationship a priority. Also, it’s providing you with a product which is nothing but the the highest quality for the best price.
